Teamwork is an important skill to have throughout life and it is an essential component of being a Scout. There are many ways to develop and comprehend the concept of teamwork but the best way to learn is through play ... and that is exactly what we do at Joeys.
An essential aspect of teamwork is to listen. Listen to instructions, ideas, each other and be respectful to everyone so everyone gets to share their thoughts. After listening to our leaders who challenged us to participate in activities we worked together to create a plan to solve the challenge and as we learnt together to support each other we created a variety of solutions to each challenge.
It was great fun and as we learnt together our teamwork got better and we solved more and more challenges by being creative and thrifty essential elements of success throughout a Scouting Journey.
