With a revitalised Committee, a passion to succeed, a desire to provide for the Community and motivation within Scouts Victoria a tireless amount of work was completed towards achieving the goal of funding a new hall ...
Then SUCCESS ... news had come through that our 1st Ballan Family would receive a Federal Government Grant that would match dollar for dollar the State Government promise followed by extra funds provided by the local Moorabool Shire ... the dream would now become a reality.
A new Scout Hall would be built.
