Construction is one of the original core components of Scouting and something that continues to challenge Scouts all around the world today.
With the right skill set, experience and an appetite for challenge Scouts can construct anything using rope & wood. Throughout each Scout Program our Scouts are regularly challenged to construct gadgets of all shapes and sizes. As their journey progresses and their knowledge develops the requirements for construction get bigger and more challenging resulting in impressive inter-active gadgets everyone can enjoy.
Our Scouts thoroughly enjoy the teamwork, initiative and communication skills required to construct gadgets as they work together to solve design, construction and implementation challenges along the way. This enjoyment has been rewarded throughout their journeys with excellent results at a variety of competition Scout Camps.
